What we collect

When you complete a quotation request we collect your name, email address and, if you choose to provide them, your telephone number and postcode. We also record the answers you give about your property and any photographs you upload.

We collect basic technical information such as the page you arrived on and the referring website, which helps us understand how people find us.

Why we use it

We use your information to prepare your quotation, to answer your questions, and to introduce you to an independent installation partner covering your area. Our lawful basis for this is performance of a contract or our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry.

We only send marketing guidance if you have opted in, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

Who we share it with

We share the details necessary to prepare your quotation with the installation partner matched to your requirement. We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it to unrelated third parties.

Our technology providers process data on our behalf under written agreements and cannot use it for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Quotation records are retained for up to 24 months so we can answer follow-up questions, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Photographs are stored privately and are never published.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, or ask us to restrict it. Contact us through the website and we will respond within one month.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
